Again, I have to give Mississippi Solar a 5 Star review. My generator went out Thursday night, we think due to a lightning strike that was about 500 ft from the generator on my property. As it was very late at night that the Southern Pine repairman, kudos to them for sending someone so fast when I reported I thought my electricity was out, came, and we discovered I had electricity, but the generator was just running. So, I pulled up Virginia ‘s number with plans to call first thing Friday morning. But, before I had even turned off my alarm and gotten out of bed I had a phone call from Matt the Service Manager. My generator had shown up on a report that he gets on his phone. After telling him what had happened, he said he would be out to check it on Friday. He got there, and immediately went to work. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with this company and its employees. They are all efficient, polite, well educated regarding the product and do not hesitate to make a phone call if they feel they need to speak with someone with more experience. Their aim is to please me and you the customer and get us up and running as quickly as possible. God bless you all and continued success!!
