I installed the solar system for my house for one year by now. I like the system so far. It works as expected. The entire process was very easy with the help of Clayon and his team. He provided a proposal based on my needs, follow up with supported engineering documentation, applied for HOA approval, utility permit and all other necessary requirements. Once we received all the required approval, he scheduled a date for his technicians to install the system. Everything progressed very well. He followed up a few times with me after installation to make sure everything is working well. I'm very satisfied with him and his team's service. Very prompt in responding to a call for help. Raccoons had gotten under solar panels and caused a leak down into the home. Called and TSO who were there the next day. Their employees worked well with the roofer. Called office and rapid response to scheduling and billing questions. Great company. We originally signed a contract with Adaptive Solar. They disappeared on us after we purchased equipment for their plan. TSO agreed to jump in and execute the plan with the materials we had bought. I subsequently added 10 additional panels on a second charge controller and now it provides all the power needed 24/7 to support my new 1,600 sq-ft home.
