Smart Solar Energy did a bang up job designing and installing our system and electric vehicle charger here in Portland. They met all of our needs and thoroughly communicated installation expectations. Despite the challenges we were faced with (solar on roof of our home and garage, relocating electrical service to garage, burying power line so it didn’t go over the backyard anymore) they went above and beyond for us. My experience with Smart Solar Energy has been first rate. Jordan, the sales rep, was patient and not pushy, financing was easily arranged. The customer service rep was available and responsive. They handled all aspects of the project, including city permits and partnering with the electric company. It took less than two months to get it all done. Besides having a PV system installed that is providing 95% of our electrical needs, BlueSky guided us through the paperwork to ensure the local utility company approved connecting the system to the grid and also helped us with the necessary paperwork to submit to our local county government to receive the alternative energy tax credits.
