E and M Solar replaced 14 first generation Enphase micro-inverters with the newest generation (7th, I think). Mike and his assistant showed up right on time and got the work done quickly. He even repaired a wiring defect that went undetected by a previous installer. Everything worked as expected, except for a very minor monitoring issue, which Mike took pains to correct. All this, and he did the work for a very reasonable cost. I have had a hard time trying to find solar companies to work on my array and most rarely even return my emails, I was grateful to find E and M solar. I spoke with about ten solar companies before finding Bob and Solar Design Studio. The other companies wanted to justify their high costs by pushing financing and emphasizing the tax credits and their predicted increase in electricity costs over the next 25 years. As a consultant to KCPL Solar, Solar Design Studios and Bob Solger worked with my organization, Westside Housing Organization to place solar panels on a 110 year old, mixed-use residential and commercial building that we were renovating at 8th and Woodland Avenue in Kansas City, MO.
