Very prompt in responding to a call for help. Raccoons had gotten under solar panels and caused a leak down into the home. Called and TSO who were there the next day. Their employees worked well with the roofer. Called office and rapid response to scheduling and billing questions. Great company. We originally signed a contract with Adaptive Solar. They disappeared on us after we purchased equipment for their plan. TSO agreed to jump in and execute the plan with the materials we had bought. They were excellent to work with, and resolved some vexing permitting issues and equipment issues that were entirely the fault of our original contractor. Highly recommend!
