I was having issues with my system holding a charge. I dropped by to make an appointment and they got me in the same day. After an initial consultation we thought it may be the batteries, but they were still fine. They spent an hour troubleshooting the problem before realizing that my panel wasn't strong enough to carry me through a whole day at this time of year. Short days and low sun meant I just wasn't getting enough charge. They were able to add another panel to give me a total of 300w. The cost was pretty much the same as the battery quote. They were professional, fair, and the whole shop fell in love with Johnny my dog. When I do need new batteries this is the place I will go to. And the best part is that I was able to have lights all evening. Thank you Discount Solar, you guys are the best!
