The other companies wanted to justify their high costs by pushing financing and emphasizing the tax credits and their predicted increase in electricity costs over the next 25 years. As a consultant to KCPL Solar, Solar Design Studios and Bob Solger worked with my organization, Westside Housing Organization to place solar panels on a 110 year old, mixed-use residential and commercial building that we were renovating at 8th and Woodland Avenue in Kansas City, MO.
