So quality and customer satisfaction is ensured from Pre-sale answering all my questions (Sean Smith), to back office folks with the estimates and financing, the Hybrid Water Heater Installation, the New Electrical Panel Upgrade (Tim), and great communication throughout rest of the process.

Yes Solar is a great company. Our solar system and power walls integrate seamlessly with our home electric grid. We have electricity when a storm knocks the power out. Most of the year we have no power bill. We recently had an issue with our rooftop solar and Yes Solar came by and fixed the entire problem as warrantied. Great system and great service. There are lots of shoddy companies installing solar panels so it pays to do your research. Yes Solar Solutions was terrific, letting me know what was involved every step of the way. I was so impressed with their responsiveness -- and still am. Suddenly the app informed me I wasn't producing power. I called the company and they sent someone out the same day. The problem lay not with their system but a "production box" that needed to be upgraded. I cannot recommend this company more highly. And, it's lovely to have a real voice answer the phone!
