Great Tesla Powerwall Installation! Rachael, who is incredible, and the excellent HES Solar team installed our 3 Powerwall and upgraded electrical panel 1.5 years ago. Installation was clean, professional and faster than anticipated in our off-grid-prone North San Diego County home. She continues to follow to ensure the CA rebates are paid and to check system performance as Tesla upgrades firmware. I would highly recommend HES, Rachael and her team for all solar and battery backup installation.

After speaking to several solar companies, I decided to go with HES based on the roofing company I contracted. Brian and the team at HES were professional and friendly, they worked closely with the roofing company to make sure they were able to install the solar system simultaneously as my roof was being replaced to minimize future roofing issues. I would highly recommend Every detail for their excellent cleaning of our solar panels. Every Detail's process created an immediate lift in our production between 20-30%. Back to the factory projected values of our panels. In the past we've used manual labor for cleaning and found Every Detail's process much safer, less expensive and solved all our safety concerns connected with manual labor. Every Detail's cost was only about 2% of the production lift, so basically their cleaning cost nothing out of pocket and the rest of our lift went straight to our bottom line. Since we realized such a dramatic gain we have them set up for monthly cleaning.

Great project management. We were very skeptical as we moved from east, and solar isn’t a thing there! Quickly we understood we needed to switch as pg & e was getting very expensive, We started the process, and we came across companies that tried to sell on a system that we didn’t need, and whenever we asked a question, they had no answer! We came across William and SEC, and right of the back, we felt very comfortable as he answered every question we had. He is a great project manager, and I can’t stress enough that you need a person like him beside you to help you with all the processes. We are pleased with our system and recommend him to everyone

Recommend him highly. We had originally installed solar back in 2004. Last year the system failed. We found William Wood through an internet search, and are we glad we did! Our old system was beyond repair; we replace it with American made solar panels with a 25-year warranty. The new system now provides for our energy needs. What I would really like to point out is what an exceptional project manager William Wood is. He was an active listener and responded to all our questions and concerns. He is also very personable and friendly, we enjoyed talking with him. Even when there were delays with getting permits and such, he would call us frequently to keep us informed of what was going on. I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service that William Wood provide and recommend him highly.
