Great project management. We were very skeptical as we moved from east, and solar isn’t a thing there! Quickly we understood we needed to switch as pg & e was getting very expensive, We started the process, and we came across companies that tried to sell on a system that we didn’t need, and whenever we asked a question, they had no answer! We came across William and SEC, and right of the back, we felt very comfortable as he answered every question we had. He is a great project manager, and I can’t stress enough that you need a person like him beside you to help you with all the processes. We are pleased with our system and recommend him to everyone

Recommend him highly. We had originally installed solar back in 2004. Last year the system failed. We found William Wood through an internet search, and are we glad we did! Our old system was beyond repair; we replace it with American made solar panels with a 25-year warranty. The new system now provides for our energy needs. What I would really like to point out is what an exceptional project manager William Wood is. He was an active listener and responded to all our questions and concerns. He is also very personable and friendly, we enjoyed talking with him. Even when there were delays with getting permits and such, he would call us frequently to keep us informed of what was going on. I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service that William Wood provide and recommend him highly.

I'm a retired manufacturing engineer so I'm always leary of new projects till I have all the facts. This phone follow up by a rep was very friendly and not pushy. He provided grant and financial information I was not aware of. It was simply a fact gathering conversation. The next step is to review the engineered proposal. This will determine if this is financially doable for our house.

We had an installation completed by Solar-X early this year (February-March) and we got hooked up with "net-metering" to NTPower. So far the months of April through August we have been receiving a credit from NTPower. It is estimated a system like this would pay for itself in about 5-7 years, but it's looking like our payoff will be much sooner. If you've thought about going Solar (we've been trying since 2014), just do it, the upfront may seem big but it's worth it in the long run, plus it adds to the house value, and helps the environment 🙂 Solar-X managed everything for us with seamless handoffs between each stage of the install, we highly recommend them.
