I worked with Kyle to have Solar installed on my travel trailer. A few things about my experience with Kyle. The communication was wonderful. He was prompt and on time. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Upfront about what he was doing and how. Willing to modify or adjust items to my needs and wants. Friendly and Honest. The job was completed in good time and looks amazing. He installed 3 solar panels, controller Bluetooth and a 2k inverter. All looks professional. (Loved the way he made the wiring look) If an issue arrises he is upfront and honest and will do whatever it takes to make it right. His services come with a warranty that was better than all the other places I called, even dealerships. All the products are quality, and the prices are good for what is being done. We chose NewStar Solar because each of the initial contacts was pleasant and professional. We also saw some positive ratings online and can now add our own affirmation. Throughout the process the workers were easy to communicate with and did quality work.
