We have two problems. The first is that the passengers don't particularly feel safe if it's an area of town that's very, very dark. And the second problem is that the drivers can't always see the passengers. So these free-standing lights solve both those problems. We're happy about these lights because the lights are solar, self-contained: no power needed and very little maintenance, a perfect addition to the inventory of transit humanities.
