I installed the solar system for my house for one year by now. I like the system so far. It works as expected. The entire process was very easy with the help of Clayon and his team. He provided a proposal based on my needs, follow up with supported engineering documentation, applied for HOA approval, utility permit and all other necessary requirements. Once we received all the required approval, he scheduled a date for his technicians to install the system. Everything progressed very well. He followed up a few times with me after installation to make sure everything is working well. I'm very satisfied with him and his team's service. I will attempt to provide a more neutral tone in this review. I was a loyal customer for a span of five years, initially experiencing satisfactory service. However, my experience took a turn for the worse upon the acquisition of a second system. Unfortunately, due to a series of misunderstandings and delays, the installation was postponed for over a year. KNS did make attempts to rectify the situation by offering compensation for the delays. Regrettably, the system delivered and installed has posed nothing but issues. In less than a year, the system has malfunctioned three times. The provided batteries turned out to be incompatible with the system, rendering them useless and resulting in their storage in the garage, gathering dust.

Very prompt in responding to a call for help. Raccoons had gotten under solar panels and caused a leak down into the home. Called and TSO who were there the next day. Their employees worked well with the roofer. Called office and rapid response to scheduling and billing questions. Great company. We may install more panels and Texas solar outfitters have earned that business.

We originally signed a contract with Adaptive Solar. They disappeared on us after we purchased equipment for their plan. TSO agreed to jump in and execute the plan with the materials we had bought. They were excellent to work with, and resolved some vexing permitting issues and equipment issues that were entirely the fault of our original contractor. Highly recommend!
